As a registered provider, all our aged care services are delivered and overseen by experienced Registered Nurses — ensuring hospital-grade quality care in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
We support older Australians aged 65 and above through the Government’s Home Care Package (HCP) program, as well as private arrangements. Whether you need help with daily tasks, complex nursing care, or companionship and social support, our team creates a personalised care plan built entirely around your needs, preferences, and goals.
Our Aged Care Services

We assist with everyday tasks to help you remain independent at home. This includes domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, vacuuming), meal preparation, shopping and errands, and personal care such as bathing, grooming, and medication management.

Our qualified nurses provide in-home clinical care including wound management, medication administration, catheter and continence care, chronic disease management, and post-hospital discharge support. We also offer physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and dietitian services.

Apply through My Aged Care

To begin your journey with aged care, apply through My Aged Care — the Australian Government’s portal. If you are aged 65 or above, you can apply for a Home Care Package online or by calling My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

An assessor from My Aged Care will evaluate your physical, emotional and social needs. This helps determine your level of support and guides a personalised care plan.
Receive Your Care Plan

After your assessment, Good Nurse will work with you to create a personalised care plan that outlines the services, schedules, and goals for your care — all designed around your preferences and wellbeing.
Start Receiving Care
